Apple Sauce
Ingredients:
10 Apples, cored and chopped
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
Optional - 4 Peaches, pitted and chopped
Directions:
1. Put fruit into a slow-cooker; sprinkle with cinnamon. Turn slow-cooker to high. Cover, and cook for 3 hours on high, then switch to low for 2 hours. Stir before serving.

Fruit Leather
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 cups peeled, cored and chopped apples
4 cups peeled, cored, and chopped pears
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees F (65 degrees C). Cover a baking sheet with a layer of plastic wrap or parchment paper.
2. In the container of a blender, combine the sugar, lemon juice, apple and pear. Cover and puree until smooth. Spread evenly on the prepared pan. Place the pan on the top rack of the oven.
3. Bake for 5 to 6 hours, leaving the door to the oven partway open. Fruit is dry when the surface is no longer tacky and you can tear it like leather. Roll up on the plastic wrap and store in an airtight jar.

Apple Bars
Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup spples - peeled, cored and finely dice
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour an 8x8 baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with sugar and egg. Mix in flour, baking soda, and cinnamon, and then stir in apple and walnuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake for approcimately 40 minutes.

Banana and Strawberry (or any fruit) Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas, sliced
½ cup strawberries, frozen
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp heavy cream
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. The consistency should be like soft serve ice cream.
2. Transfer to an airtight, freezer safe container large enough to hold 2 cups, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
3. Scoop with an icecream soup and serve cold.

Ingredients:
1 tsp coconut oil, melted
½ c unsweetened applesauce, room temperature
1/3 c skim milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 ½ c old-fashioned oats
1 c frozen unsweetened raspberries, diced
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and lightly coat an 8”-square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the oil and applesauce until smooth. Mix in the milk, honey and cinnamon until thoroughly combined. Stir in the oats until evenly coated with the applesauce mixture. Gently fold in the raspberries.
3. Press the oat mixture into the prepared pan, and bake at 350°F for 16-19 minutes. Cool completely to room temperature in the pan before slicing into 10 bars.
